2into3 are  searching for a Recruitment Consulting Trainee to assist the Director and assigned Consultant(s) in all aspects of our recruitment work. This role will be based in 2into3’s office in Dublin city centre. The trainee will be a part of 2into3’s Not-for-Profit Graduate Programme and will be provided with one-to-one mentoring and access to 2into3’s graduate network over the duration of the traineeship.

Recruitment Consulting Trainee

The Recruitment Consulting Trainee will assist the Director and assigned Consultant(s) at 2into3 by providing key support functions in the recruitment process. The trainee will assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, screening job applications, handling inquiries from candidates, drafting job specifications, managing advert placements and assisting with interview preparation. The Recruitment Consulting Trainee will help to maintain 2into3’s place as the leading recruiter for not-for-profits in Ireland. On successful completion of the traineeship, it is envisaged the trainee will progress into the role of Recruitment Coordinator with continuing opportunities for progression and career development.

Graduate Fundraising Trainee for Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Ireland

Role title: Fundraising Trainee

Location: National Resource Centre, Old Nangor Road, Clondalkin, D22 W5C1

Duration: 12 months with the possibility of progressing into a full-time role with SBHI on successful completion of the training programme.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Remuneration: €1,500 per month

Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Ireland

Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Ireland (SBHI) is a national organisation supporting those with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus and their family members, friends and carers. SBHI was founded in 1968 and today it has thousands of members across Ireland. SBHI provides a range of services including a Family Support Service, Youth and Respite Service, an SBHI Resource Centre and an Education Support Service. The organisation also advocates on behalf of its members to the HSE and different government departments.

SBHI receives funding from the HSE to provide its services as well as receiving support from volunteers. The organisation hosts annual fundraising events such as the SBHI Packie Bonner Golf Classic which help to generate further income for SBHI. In 2018 SBHI will celebrate its 50 year anniversary, which presents significant opportunities for the organisation to develop its level of fundraised income. To support this, SBHI is seeking an ambitious Fundraising Trainee to join its team.

Fundraising Trainee

The trainee will provide support to the CEO in all of the organisation’s fundraising activities including developing new fundraising initiatives, managing the successful delivery of SBHI fundraising events, supporting all aspects of donor and volunteer care and managing fundraising administration.

Fundraising Trainee

Focus Ireland is seeking to add a talented graduate trainee to its National Fundraising Initiatives Team. The trainee will play a key role in the National Fundraising Initiatives Team by assisting with the implementation of Focus Ireland’s regional and community fundraising activities and campaigns, supporting donor and volunteer care and managing fundraising administration.
