We would like to draw your attention to some statistics in relation to 2into3’s recruitment activity from January 2016 to date.

Since 1st January 2016 24 senior management roles have been filled by 2into3.





















  • We secured an average of 37 applications for all recruitment assignments.
  • Out of these applications we met 37% of candidates for a first-round screening interview.
  • The number of suitable, shortlisted candidates we presented, on average, was 4.
  • 42% of shortlisted candidates were deemed appointable after the panel interview round.
  • The average duration of our assignments from advert placement to candidate’s acceptance of an offer was 8.5 weeks.
