Our management consulting capability is based on 2into3’s work, research and team member’s expertise and experience. Our Directors, Associates and Consultants have direct experience at Board and senior management levels within the international aid agency, education and cause based sectors. In addition, we have extensive relevant private sector experience.
All strategy, fundraising or board development projects are led by the relevant Director or Senior Associate and supported by a dedicated research team.
