2into3 delivers a consultative leadership recruitment service aimed at establishing a long-term partnership with our clients and candidates. Our process begins by developing a thorough understanding of our client’s mission, culture and strategic objectives. Appropriately inclusive consultation across our clients' organisations helps us to develop a clear understanding of the position and the requirements of each role.
No two assignments are the same and we meet our clients’ specific needs by tailoring an approach to the market through advertising, our talent database and our network. Typically we are in a position to present a candidate shortlist eight weeks from the commencement of assignments. During the course of each project we work to a clear time scale with weekly reporting. We support our clients throughout the selection and engagement process. Our view of success is based on outcomes and to that end we continue to work with both the client and candidate after commencement of employment.
2into3’s knowledge, reputation, expertise and processes ensures that we can deliver for our clients. In 2016 2into3 filled 17 senior roles:
We secured an average of 37 applications for all recruitment assignments.
Out of these applications we met 35% of candidates for a first round screening interview.
The number of suitable, shortlisted candidates we presented, on average, was 4.
50% of shortlisted candidates were deemed appointable after the panel interview round.
The average duration of our assignments from advert placement to candidates acceptance of an offer was 8 and a half weeks.

Five Senior Management roles in Finance, Marketing, Communications and Operations.
Nine fundraising roles including Head of Function and specialist roles.
