Cork Simon Community is a leading provider of homelessness services in Cork. Founded in 1971 by a small group of volunteers, Cork Simon Community works in solidarity with men and women who are homeless in Cork, offering housing and support in their journey back to independent living. Today, Cork Simon Community provides homeless emergency support services, housing and support services, campaigning to raise awareness of homelessness and personal development training to develop skills for living.

Cork Simon Community is also responsible for fundraising activity in the South East Simon Community. The organisation wishes to grow corporate income significantly. To achieve this ambition, Cork Simon Community is seeking to appoint a Regional Manager – Corporate Partnerships.

Regional Manager – Corporate Partnerships

The Regional Manager – Corporate Partnerships will be responsible for developing new corporate partnerships, maintaining existing relationships with corporates and managing all aspects of the relationship building process for Cork Simon Community and the South East Simon Community covering Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford and South Tipperary.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the Regional Manager – Corporate Partnerships will contribute to the development of and implement relevant aspects of Cork Simon Community’s fundraising strategy. The post-holder will be responsible for managing all activity related to corporates and for developing processes and structures for maximising Cork Simon Community’s gain from corporate partnerships. The Regional Manager – Corporate Partnerships will have the ability to solicit, cultivate and secure relationships with a range of potential corporate partners. 

Cork Simon Community is seeking an experienced and ambitious manager with prior experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships, philanthropy or high-end business development from a private sector background.
