Social Services Organisation - HR Manager











2into3 are recruiting a HR Manager on behalf of our client, a leading social services organisation who provide a range of services including homelessness services. The organisation has a nationwide presence and employs approximately 300 staff throughout Ireland ranging from management and administration roles to social care workers. In order to integrate HR functions with service activities to provide quality services to its clients, the organisation is seeking to appoint a HR Manager based in the Dublin head office.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources and Governance, the HR Manager will be responsible for the delivery of key HR functional services across the business and will support and work closely with the Head of HR & Governance to deliver fundamental programmes to the business. The HR Manager will be responsible for a number of areas including inputting into the development and implementation of an organisation wide HR strategy, driving the development of meaningful HR interventions to improve employee relations and performance and for leading/motivating an effective HR team.

Our client is seeking a strong and effective people manager with an ability to build strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have a significant level of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working across a wide range of HR areas. Candidates with a background in HR management from a not-for-profit, private or public sector background are welcome.
