Dennis is a founding Director of 2into3 with specific responsibility for Management Consulting Services. Prior to establishing 2into3, he built up a successful independent management consultancy business, Dennis O’Connor & Associates, serving clients in the not-for-profit and private sectors. In the not-for-profit sector, Dennis has served as Executive Director of Clongowes Wood College Foundation and on the Clongowes Board, as well as Interim Director of S.H.A.R.E and Chair of Rockboro Primary School. In the private sector, Dennis has been a Technology Entrepreneur and has held a number of senior management roles, both as a business unit Managing Director and Divisional Head of Strategy for Glanbia plc.

Neil Pope B.Sc Psychology, University of Ulster
Neil is a founding Director of 2into3 with specific responsibility for Leadership Recruitment Services. Neil has 20 years experience in the recruitment industry both in Ireland and internationally. In 1998 Neil founded and built Merlin Associates, a highly regarded executive recruitment firm serving clients in the emerging technologies sector and other entrepreneurially orientated Irish businesses. Prior to this Neil was a member of the executive management team of the international recruitment and HR services group, Corporate Services Group plc. In the not-for-profit sector, Neil has been an active civic volunteer and Board member of a major charity tackling homelessness in Dublin.

Darra Power Mooney, MSocSc, University College Dublin
Darra is a Consultant with 2into3. Prior to joining 2into3 Darra worked with the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse and as a consultant with the National Women’s Council of Ireland. Darra has also worked on a number of projects both in the private and not-for-profit sector in Ireland and Brussels. Recent assignments include Rothe House and Garden and currently, An Cosán and Active Retirement Ireland.

Mary O'Connor BSc, University College Cork
Mary is a Research Associate in 2into3's Leadership Recruitment practice. She has significant experience on a voluntary and professional basis in the not-for-profit sector over a 25 year period with organisations such as S.H.A.R.E, Dublin Simon, Deafhear, The Samaritans and the Hospice Movement in the U.K. She is currently on the PTA at Rathdown School. Recent assignments include Philanthropy Ireland, Deafhear, The Irish School of Ecumenics, The Irish Landmark Trust and Asthma Society of Ireland.

Johnny O'Reilly BA, University of North London
Johnny is an Associate with 2into3 with expert knowledge of developing fundraising strategy for the arts and cultural sector. His experience was gained as Head of Development at Drake Music, and Development Manager at Sadler's Wells Theatre. He has worked at English National Opera, The Roundhouse and St Martin-in-the-Fields. Recent freelance assignments include award winning producers Artichoke (The Sultan's Elephant and Antony Gormley's The FourthPlinth), Rambert Dance Company and Dash Arts. Johnny is experienced in securing philanthropic gifts from business, individuals and trusts. Recent assignments include The Arts Council and he is currently working with Rothe House and Garden.

Philip Regan BSocSc, UCD, Diploma in Psychology, UCD, MA in Organisational Behaviour, London University
Philip is an Associate with 2into3. He has over 30 years of International Human Resources and Organisation Development Experience as both a Manager and as a consultant. He has worked for The World Bank, UN Development Programme, The Irish Export Board and a London based Consulting firm. He has lived in the US, and Pakistan and carried out assignments in Africa, Asia and Latin America. He is on the Board of a start up charity in the Overseas Development area and volunteers for them at home and abroad. He carries out consultancy assignments for Government, NGOs, UN, University and Private Sector clients.

Peter Nolan B.Comm, University College Cork, FCMA, FCT
Peter is an Associate in our Strategy practice with a particular interest in how not-for-profits manage performance and fund their missions. Peter has held senior positions with Rabobank and Kerry Group and advised corporations and state entities internationally, as an independent consultant. He also has over ten years experience as both an executive and an independent, non-executive, director. Peter is a Director of The Educena Foundation.

Paul is an Associate with 2into3 with responsibility for the new Digital and Online Fundraising Strategy service. Paul has worked in Marketing and Strategy services for his whole career; both client and agency side, and has wide ranging Senior Management experience across all sectors of the industry. Most recently, Paul has been owner/director of a brand design consultancy and a Strategic Business and Marketing Consultancy. Paul has recently completed a Diploma in Digital marketing and is currently a member of Trocaire's Funding and Finance Committee.

Sinead is an Associate with 2into3. At 2into3 she has worked with the Christian Brothers African Province, Limerick Institute of Technology, Deafhear, Irish School of Ecumenics and Suas. She is the author of 2into3's series of Annual Reports on Fundraising Performance in Ireland and is currently studying for a PhD in Economics at UCD. She has a Masters in Development Economics and Trade and a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics from Trinity College Dublin.

Tara Cunningham, B.A. Hons, History and Political Science, Rutgers College

Tara Cunningham is the Social Entrepreneur in residence, with specific responsibility for entrepreneurship and innovation. Tara is an internationally recognised, award-winning CEO and Social Entrepreneur with proven leadership in critical thinking, operations, and strategic change management. Tara founded Ireland’s first Irish internationally recognised speech and language programme, Release Speech Therapy--all without being a speech therapist. Tara has been awarded the Ashoka Fellowship, and has been appointed to the Board of the National Disability Authority. Tara has also sat on the Autism Speaks Global Autism Public Health Initiative Advisory Board and was the first Social Entrepreneur Ireland Awardee appointed to sit on the SEI Board. Tara has been invited to speak throughout Europe and the US, including meetings with President Obama’s Special Advisor on Disability Services in the White House, and US Senator Harkin’s Special Advisor for Health, Education Labor and Pensions Committee.
