Duration: 12 months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Remuneration: €1,500 per month

2into3 are now recruiting a Management Consulting Trainee to assist the Director and assigned Consultant(s) in all aspects of its consulting work. This role will be based in the organisation’s office in Dublin city centre. The trainee will be a participant in the 2into3 Not-for-Profit Graduate Programme and will be provided with one-to-one mentoring and access to 2into3’s graduate network over the duration of the traineeship.

Management Consulting Trainee

The Management Consulting Trainee will assist the Director and assigned Consultant(s) at 2into3 by providing a range of support functions. The trainee will conduct research on the not-for-profit sectors fundraising performance, prepare presentations and proposals for clients, input into the development of fundraising strategies for organisation’s and will help to maintain 2into3’s place as the leading consultancy firm for not-for-profits in Ireland. On successful completion of the traineeship, it is envisaged the trainee will progress into the role of Analyst with continuing opportunities for progression and career development.

Role title: Fundraising & Communications Trainee

Location: Equity House, 16 / 17 Upper Ormond Quay, Dublin 7

Duration: 12 months

Hours: 35 hours per week

Remuneration: €1,500 per month

The 2into3 Not-for-Profit Graduate Programme aims to connect the best graduate talent on the market with not-for-profit organisations across all spectrums of the sector. Each trainee is mentored by 2into3 throughout their placement and is presented with the prospect of progressing into an entry level role on completion of the programme.  

2into3 are now recruiting a Fundraising & Communications Trainee for Educate Together who will be based in the organisation’s national office in Dublin.

Educate Together

Educate Together is the patron body of the growing network of schools in Ireland that are run according to the Educate Together Charter. It is an independent NGO that runs schools that guarantee equality of access and esteem to children "irrespective of their social, cultural or religious background", are learner centred in their approach to education and are run as participatory democracies, with respectful partnership between parents, pupils and staff.

Today Educate Together operates 81 primary schools and 9 secondary schools in Ireland, as well as operating five schools in the UK. Recently, it launched a growth strategy to expand its network to 120 schools, with 50,000 pupils. Educate Together receives approximately 30% of its total related costs from the State and therefore must generate funds from independent sources to continue its work and further develop the organisation’s network of schools. The organisation is seeking a capable graduate trainee to assist the Development and Fundraising Manager in all aspects of Educate Together’s fundraising and communications activity.
