2into3 are searching for a Recruitment Consulting Trainee to assist the Director and assigned Consultant(s) in all aspects of our recruitment work. This role will be based in 2into3’s office in Dublin city centre. The trainee will be a part of 2into3’s Not-for-Profit Graduate Programme and will be provided with one-to-one mentoring and access to 2into3’s graduate network over the duration of the traineeship.
Recruitment Consulting Trainee
The Recruitment Consulting Trainee will assist the Director and assigned Consultant(s) at 2into3 by providing key support functions in the recruitment process. The trainee will assist with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, screening job applications, handling inquiries from candidates, drafting job specifications, managing advert placements and assisting with interview preparation. The Recruitment Consulting Trainee will help to maintain 2into3’s place as the leading recruiter for not-for-profits in Ireland. On successful completion of the traineeship, it is envisaged the trainee will progress into the role of Recruitment Coordinator with continuing opportunities for progression and career development.

The trainee will conduct research on the not-for-profit sectors fundraising performance, prepare presentations and proposals for clients, input into the development of fundraising strategies for organisation’s and will help to maintain 2into3’s place as the leading consultancy firm for not-for-profits in Ireland. On successful completion of the traineeship, it is envisaged the trainee will progress into the role of Analyst with continuing opportunities for progression and career development.
