One in Four

One in Four provides a safe place for men and women to explore the impact childhood sexual abuse has had on their lives. Working to end the trauma of childhood sexual abuse is at the heart of everything the organisation does. In the last year, One in Four provided counselling to 143 adult survivors of sexual abuse and 53 family members over a total of 2,563 therapy hours. One in Four understands the distress caused by childhood sexual abuse, and all the ways in which that experience can contaminate a person’s life long after the abuse has stopped.

One in Four are now seeking an Executive Assistant. This position will play a key part in ensuring that the organisation’s administrative functions continue to an efficient and expected standard.

Executive Assistant

Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Assistant/Administrator will provide a high level of support in the areas of administration, governance, and compliance work within the organisation. Reporting to the CEO, the postholder will be involved in the management of reporting requirements for statutory and philanthropic grants. The Executive Assistant will also provide some administrative support to the Advocacy Director.

One in Four are seeking an experienced individual with exceptionally strong administrative skills. The post-holder will have proven track record of working in a position(s) of similar responsibility and/or an organisation(s) or similar purpose. The successful candidate will be able to illustrate their ability to work in an integrated way with senior colleagues and teams and showcase a strong passion for the vision of One in Four.
