Clanmil Housing Association Ireland CLG (Clanmil Ireland) is an Approved Housing Body with almost 360 properties in management. Having grown from a 68-unit housing scheme in Dundalk, they currently own and manage approximately 360 homes for social housing tenants in the four Dublin Council areas, and in Kildare, Louth, Meath, Laois and Wicklow. This includes general needs housing, housing for people with disabilities, and housing for the elderly. 

Clanmil Ireland is undergoing substantial growth at present and has identified the need to establish a number of senior roles to manage the strategic direction of the organisation as well as manage its day-to-day operational requirements. Clanmil Ireland is committed to high performance and maintaining the good levels of tenant satisfaction reported year-on-year. To ensure that it can continue to maintain the pace of its expansion and high quality customer service to its tenants, the organisation is seeking a Housing & Property Manager. 


Housing & Property Manager  

Reporting to the CEO, the Housing & Property Manager will be responsible for the housing management and maintenance of Clanmil Ireland’s stock, including day to day repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance, and service contracts. The postholder will ensure housing management services are compliant with all regulations and relevant legislation and are delivered in accordance with the requirements of Clanmil Ireland’s policies and procedures.  

Clanmil Ireland are seeking someone with exceptional experience in tenancy engagement and a proven record of asset management. The Property & Housing Service Manager will need to be strong in their interaction with tenants and stakeholders, but still act in a warm, empathic and customer-focused manner. Additionally, the post-holder will have experience of working in a team setting where they have made successful contributions to an organisation’s growth.
