Waiting List Case Manager (Part-Time)
One in Four provides programmes to help adults who have experienced childhood sexual abuse, their families and those who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviour. One in Four works in all aspects of sexual violence in an effort to break the cycle of abuse.
One in Four provides a safe place for men and women to explore the impact childhood sexual abuse has had on their lives. Working to end the trauma of childhood sexual abuse is at the heart of everything the organisation does.
About the Role
As part of its services, One in Four provides individual and group psychotherapy to people who have experienced sexual abuse in childhood, those who have offended against children, and the families of both. The demand for their services is high and we always have a long waiting list.
One in Four are seeking to recruit a Waiting List Case Manager to provide assessments and short-term resource building supports to clients on their waiting list.
Applications from fully accredited counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, mental health nurses, mental health social workers, or similar professional backgrounds are welcome.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Work with trauma or sexual abuse
- Clinical Assessments
- Crisis Counselling
- Telephone Support
Previous experience of working with groups is desirable.
