We are committed to more than just filling roles. 2into3 seek to ensure that all candidates placed by our Recruitment Team succeed within their new roles. We believe that when a candidate succeeds in their role, it allows the nonprofit organisation to succeed in its mission. Taking this into account, we offer a no-fee replacement, should the post-holders employment be terminated for whatever reason within the first 12 months of engagement, other than for health reasons or redundancy.

How we work

We provide a full life cycle recruitment process to the nonprofit sector, taking care of everything from the writing and placing of advertisements to screening and conducting first interviews. The client is brought in at a later stage to meet shortlisted candidates and when candidates are deemed appointable, we take care of contract offers and references.

Our results

We do things differently at 2into3 and our success to date shows this is effective. In the past 12 months, we averaged 141 applicants per role, and across all roles, we undertook candidate phone screening interviews and then held 308 candidate screening interviews. Following the candidate shortlisting meetings,  we conducted a total of 23 client panel interview sessions. After the final interviews over half of the candidates were deemed appointable by our clients. This entire process, from first advertisement to candidate acceptance, took an average of approx. 9 weeks.
